Endure and Survive exists to provoke people into thought about life, love, physical development and the demons in their head. If Endure and Survive can help you in becoming even a slightly better, stronger or happier person, it has  served its purpose.

I’m a strength training afficionado and personal trainer with a background as a social worker. I believe I have been taught some valuable lessons about life, either through my own experience or another person’s teachings and I would like to share what I’ve learned. Besides my fascination with the personal growth of people, I enjoy olympic weightlifting, powerlifting and many other types of strength training. I’m also a playful person who loves videogames, anime and tireless barrages of bad jokes.

My current bests at a little under 90kg/198lbs bodyweight:
Squat: 170kg/375lbs
Paused bench press: 125kg/275lbs
Deadlift: 177kg/390lbs
Overhead press: 80kg/176lbs
Clean & Jerk: 125kg/276lbs
Snatch: 107,5kg/237lbs
